I hope everyone had a safe and relaxing holiday!
Over the break, we went skiing in Quebec, and it was a blast. The weather was so warm on the first day that we didn’t even need coats!
The only downside? My son, NTM, is growing like a weed. Puberty’s in full swing, and he’s already in men’s size 11 boots – likely outgrowing them by next year.
I’m doing my best to create great memories before he’s all grown up. 🙂

Uncertainty surrounds the governments in Canada and the U.S., leaving many wondering how economic indicators will impact interest rates.
Some predict the Bank of Canada will announce another -0.25% rate cut on January 29th, but it’s anyone’s guess.
In December 2024, the average home sold for $1,067,186, which is down -3.51% from November and -5.6% compared to last year. There were 3,359 sales in December, -1.75% lower than in 2023.
