BY SUBSCRIBING TO THE NEWSLETTER OR ENTERING THE DRAW, YOU HAVE AGREED WITH ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
This Draw (referred to as the “Draw”) is a promotional giveaway administered by Maknet Corporation.
TO ENTER THE DRAW
1. There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to win.
2. To enter the Draw you must be a subscriber with a valid first name, last name and email address.
3. The Draw is ONLY open to residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older. The Draw is void where prohibited.
4. The Draw is limited to ONLY ONE entry per person. Any attempts to circumvent this including, but not limited to bots, fake accounts or IP spoofing will immediately void any entries. Government identification may be asked to verify this.
5. Winners will ONLY be contacted through their registered e-mail address provided.
6. Digital prizes will be sent to this e-mail address. Physical prizes may be delivered in the GTA or mailed.
7. Entrants must answer a skill-testing question to claim the prize.
8. Entrants will automatically be subscribed to Lawrence Mak’s newsletter for notification of the winner(s).
THE PRIZE DRAW
9. The Draw will be made on the date posted. Entries will be closed the night before at midnight.
10. A prize will be awarded for every prize Draw to one randomly selected winner from the subscribed list. The sole determinant of the Draw winner(s) is Maknet Corporation through a randomized computer software. Entrants cannot appeal.
11. If a Winner has not claimed the prize within one month of the draw, then the prize will be forfeited.
12. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are not transferable, and cannot be substituted with any other prize or for the cash value of the prize.
13. The names of the winner(s) may be announced on Lawrence Mak’s website, newsletters or social media including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Linked-in and Youtube.
14. By entering the Draw, you will be automatically subscribed to Lawrence Mak’s newsletter. Your win will be contingent on maintaining this subscription. Failure to confirm your subscription will result in a forfeiture of your prize claim. If you unsubscribe from the mailing list, you will no longer be eligible to win and your prize will be forfeit.
15. By entering the Draw, you agree to abide by these Rules and Regulation.

16. By entering the Draw, the entrant grants Maknet Corporation, its agents, and/or its representatives, permission to store and/or use the personal information submitted with the entry for contest administration.
17. By entering the Draw, the entrant releases and agrees to keep Maknet Corporation and Lawrence Mak, indemnified from any claim, demand, cost, tax, liability, or damage resulting from entry.
18. Maknet Corporation is not responsible for any technical error that may occur during entry, including, but not limited to, any omission, deletion, defect, delay, interruption in the operation, transmission, or failure of any cable, telephone, mobile, satellite, or any other network used by the entrant when subscribing and/or entering a Draw.
19. Maknet Corporation may, at any time, update, limit, extend, or revise these Rules and Regulations. It is imperative you periodically check these Rules and Regulations to keep up to date.
20. Maknet Corporation. may modify, suspend, or cancel the Draw in the event of any accident in publishing and/or administration, or any other error, without advance notice.
21. All Draws are subject to applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws, and are void where prohibited by law. The decisions of Maknet Corporation with respect to all aspects of the Draws are final and binding to all entrants, without right of appeal.
22. Trademarks, logos, and all service marks (including individual product and retailer names) are the property of their respective owners. This draw is not endorsed by those companies unless otherwise stated.
